Comments:
jog to AU, drills etc. then mile, 3 laps recovery, 800, 2 laps recovery, 400. the goal was to run the whole thing at a relatively aggressive mile pace. I ran exactly the times I wanted to, but now looking back, I wonder if I should have gone harder. I'm amazed at how strong my teammates are! ran 6:33, 3:10, 1:21. awesome to have the boys pacing us for the last 400! that really pushed me :)
