Comments:
did a 1.5 warmup..then to the track for our workout...
4 x700's targeting 2:35 with 3:00 minute recoveries in between..
then 4 x 300's targeting 65 each with 2:00 recoveries.. the ladies did a great job with the workout today.. mile cooldown
