Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I ran this with "no watch". I wanted to do the easiest possible pace without stressing about time. So it was pretty slow! On the other hand, I had good energy and wasn't the least bit tired when I finished - although my legs were getting pretty achy in the last mile or two. But I "could have" run another mile...painful but I could have done it.
