treadmill "luck"

okay, so this was the first time i've ever run on a treadmill, so it was a little strange. i had my ipod though, and it seemed to help a little. when i didnt drop it, but that was only once, and i thought it was kind of funny. then later in the workout, my treadmill died. just completely stopped with about 4 minutes to go, so i had to jump onto another one to finish up. as a result i dont know exactly how far i ran for the workout, but i imagine it was pretty close 7 miles, not quite with the 3 minute rest being pretty slow, but close enough, and i did a little more cool down. 2 by 20 minutes at 6:10 pace, and it felt alright, but still kind of weird to be running yet staying in the exact same spot for that long.
