Coming from voice, Didn't get a chance to warmup, I'm not sure if that's why the workout was so hard.  But I was very tired afterwards.  I was glad - it was our last hard day!
Cooldown - 1.5 miles?
I always wonder if I could have gone faster!!  But at some point I have to remember that I am in physical shape, I don't have to stress the mental push so much.
