Comments:
ran nice and easy with mitchell; 6 plus striders, and i felt relaxed. actually looking forward to tomorrow's workout, to get some faster stuff, i like workouts with quick paced stuff, even though i'm not a quick type racer, i like this stuff. so we'll see.
