Comments:
Ran 6x800, with a 400 at the end. 1 minute recovery between intervals with a jog around the track between the 3rd and 4th 800. 2:27, 2:27, 2:26, 2:26, 2:22, 2:25, 66. There was another guy doing a 600m repeat who pulled me along for a bit during the 5th one, so thats why its a little faster. Happy with the workout. It was nice that it was warm and I felt pretty smooth out there.
