Comments:
3x 12,4,4 (400jog recov between intervals & 3min between sets-200jog). 3:48, 73, 74, 3:46, 72, 72, 3:41, 71, 69 i think. the first two sets i just couldnt get into it. i just plain slow. the last set i got into it a bit more and ended up being an alright workout. ended with 5x150s (full recov) 23, 22, 23, 22, 21 i think. cool downs are hard
