decided to go with the boys today, just to mix things up :) they were planning on going slow since they'd gone a little fast yesterday, and I was feeling frisky since I went very easy yesterday...so it worked out great! reverse 4-mile loop at a comfortable, conversational pace with Griffin, Anant, Scott, Daniel, Lynn, etc. Then 8 long and high-quality striders at AU :) I wanted to do more but I understand that it's important to bottle up this energy for Saturday. I'm just glad my ribs feel better! maybe seeing Veronica right before practice is the magic key...
