Comments:
Warmed up about 2 miles. Did 2-1-2-1-2 in 7:15 3:36 7:22 3:45 7:17. The workout was pretty fast, I felt like I was tired during the workout but at the same time I felt smooth. Strided out 4x200m afterwards. Cooled down about a mile.
