Comments:
Jogged bikepath w/u, then to track. did some drills. Ran workout 800-1200-1200-1200-800, (2:20 rest then 3;00). 2:38 - 4:03 - 4:02 - 4:03 - 2:40. very cold, windy, gusts perpendicular to track 15-20 mph at least. hard workout. shins felt ok. felt it in right shin halfway through but went away. felt fine on cool down.
