Just when I thought I was done with this stupid workout...
Fast warmup, pretty good cooldown too. No comment on the slingshots except that I hate this workout. You can imagine the disappointment when I heard that Mr. Paul wanted us to stay at the school and do slingshots instead of going to Bates and running a real workout, which is what I thought was the plan.
Anyway, it was 10 slingshots, with no leg kicks or anything this time around.
Edit: Also, my new Fitness/Recreation class is now in full swing, so I'm doing a bunch of wall sits, leg kicks, and other core work to supplement my running in practice. It's a bit late for it to be a factor in Indoor, but hopefully this increased consistency in my core work will help me out come Outdoor.
