wednesday is a long day for me, and i dint get better with me feeling all stuffed up and having sore throat, but i made it through the workout regardless. did 4 by 200, 2 by 400, then 6 by 800. i hit my times relatively well, fell a little off of ethan and chris wade more than i wanted too, and i dont want to use the sick thing as that much of an excuse, because my legs felt fantastic. i really wish i could take back that mental mishap on saturday, because i am so much faster than what i ran in both my races, regardless of no speed workouts. it doesnt make that much of a differnce. i have enough natural speed to have beaten my pr, and i'm a little mad i screwed it up. it's in the past though so i;m moving on. cant wait until next friday.
