Comments:
2mi warmup, 4 x mile @ 5:45 with 2 minutes recovery and a mile cooldown.

another frigid jaunt around town lake; increasingly thankful i own nice tights and a decent running jacket. legs felt great; not sure a couple miles weren't faster than 5:45.

i feel it's worth noting that all of my runs this week have been sockless.
