tried to simulate the 800 workout while on a bike. it was tough to get the same effort, but i managed to become sore, so that felt like a success.
here it is:
10 min warmup
2 min "upbeat"
1:00 hard :20 sprint (1:30 rest)
:30 hard :30 sprint (1:30 rest)
1:00 hard :30 sprint (1:30 rest)
1:00 hard :20 sprint (1:30 rest)
1:00 hard :30 sprint
2 min "upbeat"
10 min cooldown
the warmup was at about lvl 8-10
hard sections at 15, with sprints standing on pedals (or at least trying to)
rest sections at lvl 6.
upbeat at 10-12
cool down at 7-8
the rpm for this workout wasn't very high, but the resistance was pretty high for some parts. i was able to push myself on the bike, which i haven't really been able to do for short distances.
