Comments:
3sets of 3x300s on the indoor track. i was all by myself once kaiser left except for the softball team. yum. anyway, the recovery between intervals was 100m jog and 3min between sets (usually 1min was jogging). 49, 51, 52, 47, 49, 50, 49, 49, 49. i was all over the place, but got it done. for some reason these times look pretty slow.
