Weather: Pretty nice morning in the graveyard

Comments:
Ran in lakeview this morning for a hill workout. Was supposed to press these pretty hard. CoachL told us to take as long as we wanted for recovery and I feel like I was able to keep things under control. Peter ran really well today :D (This is Alyssa Harker smiling at Peter)
The combination of the squats and these hills kinda destroyed my legs. And I'm pretty tired now even though I took a nap. Mileage for this week will probably be low again but is 85 really low?
