OH NO SNOW Workout

Weather: Fingers and Toes were FREEZIN

Comments:
Felt really bad in the beginning but then as the workout progressed I felt better and better. I think I felt bad in the beginning because it was a mental thing because I associate "snow workout" with "demon". Did 5 sets of 4 150meter runs through snow. Did that bonus relay run (300 meters) and then because we tied for the losing team, did another snow run (200 meter). No shin pain. Ab circuit
