Comments:
This was my first snow workout.
I kind of loved it.
It reminded me why I love track.
But now my ankle hurts, and my knee has continued to hurt. Iced it yesterday and tried taking a hot bath. It didn't work out well. Believe it or not, I'm too big for a bath.
