post-breakfast bleh

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
ran immediately after breakfast. i had some jerk chicken that was apparently left from the night before. it tasted fine, but didn't sit well with me. to make matters worse, i was in the cardio room.
the run itself felt fine, my stomach just was not enjoying it. once again, my foot felt fine. i did hurdle walkovers minus the can-cans, afterward, then did some over unders with the order reversed-- that is, going over the third height and under the lowest. it was fun.
