Comments:
We did 2x400m at 800 pace , i got 65, 67, then we did 1mile at 2mile pace i got 5:04, then we did another 2x400m at slower than 800 pace. i got 69, 67. I felt good. We had about 2-3min break between every interval. Felt good overall.
