Dear diary,
Today I saw a boy.
He was untouchable.
Then I did a poopy workout.
The workout was almost as poopy as Sara.
It was eight 400s, the first four at mile pace, the second four at target mile pace.
I didn't do good. Thats all I can say.
Long warm ups and cool downs.
My calves feel really sore right now.

Also, I was hungrier than anything today after practice so I'm gonna let you know what I ate after practice.
This will not be a daily installment of the Julia Heller Running Log, but I ate a lot and I thought it was amusing.

-yogurt
