400s JULIA- "DADDY I WANT A PONY NOW!!!"

Pretty crappy workout, slow all around. No me gusta 400s. I was supposed to be at 1:43 for the first half of the 400s; what does that tell you about the rest of my workout looking at my times? Went too fast in the first half and then too slow in the second half which is exactly was the opposite of what we were told to do. I started off with Julia but I thought that was pushing the pace so I waited for her to go ahead but then I had no one to push me so I went slow. The rest in between each 400, was an easy paced 400 to the beginning which varied for me from around 2:10 to 2:20. The last 200 I wasn't exactly sure to stop, but I think I had a god idea, maybe I went a little too far. I think my boots are hurting my arches because when I wear the boots my feet are okay, but when I don't they hurt like a mo. I think this is why my ankles were sore. Between each 400 Leg Work.
