treadmillin it, then biking

Comments:
ran again on the treadmill during workout time. my foot felt great, no pain at all. i was running just under 7min pace for most of it, but dropped it down to 6min pace for the last half to see how it felt. i was fine. went to the bathroom, then back up to the cardio room for a 20 min bike. as it turned out, this was the hard part of the workout. my legs weren't fresh anymore, but i was trying to go hard on the bike. it was similar to yesterday's run/bike, but the two weren't separated. ended up biking 9.25 miles-- it felt good, but i still needed to cool down, so i ran with the guys doing the track workout.
wk1 day1 lift, static 2, eagle 2x15, ice bath.
