ran out towards seminary and headed back towards school on faculty
ballistics/pillars
lift circuit (3 x 12 shoulder press + squat)
plank abs

I've been running with JD 1 for a couple days now and although it feels really good to be running with louise, maggie and crissy again, i am still reminded of how much harder they ran during cross country and because of that they have a huge advantage so i know that i need to push really hard and have my goal in mind every day in order to get to where i want to be.
Overall, it was a really good practice and the lift felt really good. AND getting better at ballistics!!!!
