Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Dear diary,
Today I saw a boy.
Now I'm haunted.
Then I ran three miles.
It was good.
My feet hurt before I run, like my heel area.
And I hate the stair workout, which is tomorrow I believe.
I think I'd rather freeze my nose off then do it.
But I'm not sure.
