i wanted to get in a decent amount of mileage today, to see how my foot feels, so, under the advice of coach, i split it up and doubled. besides, tuesday is really easy for classes. ran with drew and bobby--we were kinda messing around, i was in a good mood and felt great. was running at just under 7 minute pace for most of it, but dropped down to 6, and the 5min pace for the finish. even with speed, my foot felt fine, so i'm positive.
stretching, wasted some time, ibis x40, some L7ing
