Comments:
Ran 1600, 1200, 800, 400. 1200, 800, 400. 45 second recovery between interval and a jog aroud the track between sets. 5:08, 3:50, 2:28, 66. 3:48, 2:28, 67. I was happy with my times for the cool and windy conditions. I like this workout because it is more interesting to run different distances.
