Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran by myself today. no one was around when i was ready to leave, and i kind of just wanted to get outside before i decided it was too cold. it was pretty cold, but i didnt really notice during the run. did the second lake loop, and striders when i was done. felt good. running by myself allows for me to completely control the pace. i didnt really go slow, but it wasn't fast either, just kind of ran.
