Comments:
so Coach gave us the paces for the 1000s, and she told Brooke and I to run 3:56's. That's 46 seconds/lap. that's really slow compared to what we've been running. I'm glad Brooke was there being her crazy speedy self so I didn't run that pace. I ran really fast on the 1000's even though I didn't keep up with Brooke on most of them. Then we ran 4 200's, and I'm really happy about that!! I ran 38, 37, 36, 33 on the 200's, and I didn't know I could run that fast!! Feel speedy now.
