Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
did today's workout. my feet/joints were feeling weird after running yesterday. i think it was from running twice and also running on the road for the first time in a little while. i felt comfortable when running the 1000s, but there was a little pain in my foot. after the fifth one was over, i was planning to go down to the indoor track to do the 4x200 at race pace with ckells and grogan. but my foot really wasn't feeling it, and i didn't want to push it. so i biked for 5-10 minutes, then cooled down a mile on the indoor track.
wk1 day 2 of the new lift had some cool new stuff in it-- including the "power jammer," which i feel kinda ridiculous while doing, but is still fun. also hang snatch, which i tried to do sometime last semester, but could not perfect. this time i got the form down well, so i was psyched about that. went to the training room to stretch(static 3), then abs(ibis x40). and iced my feet.
