Ran to the gym, 2 miles up, 11:03, 10:46, 6:58. 1 mile down, core/stretch, ran home. This felt pretty easy, much better than last week. Would like to get to the point where I am very comfortable doing A1's at 5:30 pace in 6-8 weeks.
