was planning on doing the 5k workout, but coach told me she wanted me to take it a little easier and that i was going to do the miler workout, but an adjusted version. 3 times 1000's at 3:30 pace plus 3 times 400 at the end. ran the 1000's at 3:24, 3;26, 3:26, and 76.xx for all the 400's which were supposed to be at my 5k race pace. it felt easy, and kind of weird to be doing intervals at that kind of pace, but i knew not to kill the times or anything. got done with everything pretty fast, cooled down before some people started. pumped for the race on friday.
