interesting workout type thing today, we did a warmup of a bit over a mile (just under 1.5) then we did a fun(ish) sprint thing. started at my car (near jesus) then sprinted up to the top of the gym hill, which includes both hills up to gym and up to the street out of the gym exit. it was kidna intense, boni and i did our first in 57 then 56, 55, 53, 52. it was good. 15 pushups, 10 sit ups, 10 leg lifts in between each sprint thing, which was a bad day to do that cause after we had bitch day with evan (that was badd), but oh well. class meet comin up, careful of the hammy dude. its not feelin very good.
