Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
the plan was to meet with coach to go over some pool drills, but she didn't show, so i waited for a bit, then went down to swim by myself. only the lanes in the shallow end were open, so i used them until one opened. i alternated between 100 swim, 100 kick, with a lap holding my breath as long as i could and a rest lap between each. i did this a bunch of times, and i was consistently getting all the way across the pool in one breath. i wasn't under water the whole way, but still good.
it didn't feel great though, and i usually do more distance work in the pool, i just wasn't feeling it.
