Weather: 50, calm and sunny
Comments:
Perfect weather, moderated to difficult course. My legs were heavy from trails on thursday and I was pretty hung over from the 4 liters of beer. I ran the time i expected to run. 13th overall 4th for m30-39. Leg speed goes away fast if you don't train for it, need to start up the tempo and speed work again.
