Comments:
Stayed inside again due to some lingering cold symptoms, went a mile longer than yesterday and added 15 minutes of 30 sec intervals at 7 and 6 speed. Working pretty hard to keep up the pace but it was good by the end. Probably could have gone a bit longer but need to ease back in.
