felt great at the quarter, ok at the half, and really had to push the last quarter of the 12. had 1 min of rest inbetween the 12 and the 4. legs were still shaky at the start of the 400m. with 200 to go my hammys really tightened up. felt pretty strong yet. sooo excited to see what this year has in store for me.
