Comments:
Inside again since winds were howling and it was freezin out! Felt sluggish and unsure if I could actually run 4 on the tm. Tricked myself by starting out slow and staying at same pace for 10 min blocks. Picked up the pace to sub 9 in the last few minutes which did feel good but a huge effort.
