what a difference one day makes. yesterday i showered and took a 2 hour nap immediately after my run then slept soundly all night until my 11am class today. maybe sleep does have something to do with health. today there was some coughing and hocking but to be expected..nothing like yesterday. my legs also felt a lot better.
