Exercise Type: Run

Dear diary,
Today I saw a boy.
AND I WAS LIKE "BLAH BLAH BLAH".
Then I had a workout.
It wasn't fabulous.
Eight 300s and target mile pace. Wind screwed everything up.
Plus one all out at the end.
300 are big poopies.
My shins hurt but I can run through it still.
So yeah, it was only okayish.
Also, my thighs are super sore. Like seriously, its an issue to walk.
