so, i forgot my stuff for running outside back at my dorm after a series of events got them there in the first place. either way, i just ran on the treadmill, which wasnt a problem because i just wanted to go six, and just decided to do 45:00 and see what i got. hung around 7:30 for a bit, then bumped up to 7:00. taking it nice and easy for this week on the easy days, because i want to race well on friday. after that, since i won't be racing really, except for 1 maybe 2 races, i'm going to keep my mileage up between 50 and 60 until i take my two weeks off beginning of summer, and bump up the easy pace, to work for cross.
