decided to jump into Laf's workout despite knowing it would be rough due to tightness and fatigue from the illness. we did 2x800 at 2mi race pace (400m jog recov), 6x400 at 1mi goal pace (400m jog recov), 3x200 at same pace (200m jog recov), & 3x200 hard (275m jog recov). 227, 225, 65, 66, 67, 66, 65, 66, 33, 33, 33, 30, 39, 28. steve really dragged me through this workout. turned out to be a successful one under the circumstances.
