Comments:
Left calf and shin hurt ridiculously. Took it easy with Bettine. Should have done 4 to keep my mileage, but it was hurting too much. My calf hurts right underneath and behind my knee. At first I thought it was just sore. But now my right one is fine and just the left one hurts.
Felt sick today though. Felt warm, angry, tired, and sluggish.
