Exercise Type: Bike

pretty much did the same bike workout as monday, except a little more.
the plan was to do 10x :70 with 1min rest, keeping pace with the milers running 400s on the track. but they never really showed up.
so i warmed up for 15 minutes, then decided to do it on my own. it was pretty tough, and i got pretty winded after each interval. but they seemed to get easier once i got into a rhythm. it's hard to gauge effort and speed on a bike, so i hope i was just feeling good instead of slowing down-- i felt better than monday, with two extra repeats.
