so after the bike workout, i went downstairs, rinsed off the copious amounts of sweat on my body, grabbed a towel and goggles and headed to the pool. i was lucky enough to run into my roommate matt, who was just finishing with his lane of the pool, because the pool was packed today. there were people waiting at the end of each lane waiting to hop into a half-lane while i was swimming. anyways--here's the workout:
10x 50yds swim, :30 rest (i did these in about :45 each)
5x underwater swim, as far as possible without breathing, swim easy to the wall
5min kick
