i don't really remember this bike. they all run together at some point, and it's been a while since i've logged. i'm pretty sure this was about it. lvl 7 on random. probably about 150 hr, 120ish rpm. listened to music, sweated a lot.
static stretching, abs, hips maybe.
at some point running logs all become a formula to me. i can't quite pinpoint exactly what happened, but as you may have just seen, i created an extremely believable workout, which is probably very close to what i actually did. i don't intend to complain, it's just that biking gets to be boring sometimes.
