Comments:
2.5 mile warm up, 3k in 8:36, 2.5 c/d. felt ok for the first 1.5 miles, last 600 was terrible. legs tied up and I faded badly. Shoe fell off 800m into the race and I got blisters all over my foot now. Not what I expected timewise and I'm pretty disappointed.
