after warming up for a 1 1/2 down to the greenbelt we did our TWELVE workout..
60 seconds at 5:40 pace covering 290 meters each segment. 60 second standing recoveries in between each.each girl led a 60 second segment during the workout. we did 11 of these covering 2 miles in 10:52.. great workout for everyone. cooldown back to school and the girls iced..
