First Day at Navy

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Today I woke up early for econ recitation. Probably didn't get enough sleep but thats alright. Then I had spanish and did two cups of mario kart before leaving for Annapolis at one. The bus ride was pretty enjoyable. Watched the Hangover and Bourne. When we got to Navy we got to watch Brooke win the multi 800 before setting out on a ten miler in oerfect weather. We had to stay inside the gates but it was still awesome. My legs felt like shit but I didn't even care. Dean said we may be able to get out of the grounds but as it turned out we couldn't have gotten back in so we had to do the entire run inside the gates. It turned out to be alright though, as the weather was perfect. Flach felt great and so did Ty. I made it into the fast heat for sunday so it looks like I can run a solid pr. We now have four Lehigh runners in the fast heat. Ty is seeded first in the slow section by ten seconds so he is trying to either get into our heat or take his out hard. Either way he should score a pr. I can't wait for sunday afternoon.
